We offer a course menu that combines the bounty of the forest and sea with the flavors of autumn. Through this course, which reflects the colors of the season, you can enjoy the vibrant colors and the rich flavors nurtured by the forest and sea. Spend a truly fulfilling time with this gourmet experience unique to this season.

*Starting October 1st, 2026 (Thursday), the number of dishes in the restaurant's dinner course will change from 7 to 6.
Regarding appetizers, we have changed from offering just one substantial dish to...
We will be changing the menu to include a selection of appetizers, allowing you to enjoy small portions of several different dishes.
While the portion size per dish will be modest, the menu is designed to allow you to enjoy a wider variety of flavors.

Vinegar beurre blanc

We prepared the sweet sea bream using the "scale-grilling" method, a representative cooking technique that brings out the deliciousness of the ingredients and highlights their flavor.
Each time you cut into it, you can enjoy the contrast in texture between the crisp, fragrant, grilled scales and the tender, flaky flesh. The dish is finished with a beurre blanc sauce subtly flavored with raspberry vinegar and garnished with vibrant green basil oil, creating a truly elegant presentation.

We've transformed sweet potatoes, brimming with the rich sweetness unique to this season, into a crème brûlée and paired it with a cheesecake flavored with Gorgonzola, known for its rich taste. The dessert is finished with pear-flavored caramel ice cream, and garnished with Shine Muscat grapes and berries for a vibrant and colorful presentation.
